Our Wedding Day!
I can’t complement Killashee Hotel enough. It’s the perfect wedding venue. Finnella and Ivana were such a pleasure to work with all the way through and our day went so smoothly due to the professionalism of the management and staff members in Killashee. A wedding venue embellished with caring staff
It is one thing to book a wedding with a venue, aiming to create a vision you have in your mind, but with the team at Kilashee we not only got exactly what we imagined, we also got a dream team to work with, amazing holistic support, professional advice, and people who are genuinely invested in you having the best day and creating a spectaular event with personal touches throughout that will remain in our hearts for many many years to come. To Gareth, Ger & Paul for providing service on the day to an impeccable standard and going above and beyond for each guest who attended, everyone felt like a V.I.P. Finella, our main wedding co-ordinator, listened to everything we asked and is a great partner in crime for a bride with any strange requests. Marion, was so humble and gave great advice at our tasting night. As new parents, date nights are non existent, when staff were aware of this they made our tasting night into a date night. Our bridal suite greeted us with a gift from Kilashee along with some wax melts (Finnella knew the scent of the wax melts were my favourite as it is the scent you smell in Kilashee which I complimented various times through the year.) Kilashee is an elegant, beautiful venue, but the people who make it a venue to come back to are the people inside, the cornerstones and pillars of what makes Kilashee an amazing venue. Athough I am from Kildare myself and live 30min away, we will be staying for our anniversary and hope to see some familiar faces when we visit again. Some guests who attended our wedding are already looking to visit Kilashee again in the next 12 weeks as they have fell in love with the venue but mostly how the staff are so kind, no staff member walked past any guest without saying hello. It may seem like such a simple gesture, but many guests highlighted this, in comparison to other venues they had attened lately for weddings. Our food was only divine, and exactly how we requested. To our chef and the team in the kitchen thank you all so so much, people are still talking about the beef even a week later!!!!!!! This venue is truly a hidden gem embellished with the genuine care and interest the people inside give each person who visits Kilashee!

We are so appreciative of ALL of the Killashee's hard work. Our day was absolutely fantastic. Everyone raved about the wedding, the venue, the food and all of the staff. With it being a destination wedding for us and never having been to the venue prior, we actually can't believe how perfect everything turned out, and that is all thanks to the Killashee Weddings Team.
