50 acres of fine parkland in the rolling countryside of County Louth. It has been lovingly restored by the Carville family, who continue to care for it.
Our castle provides a unique homely setting for you and your guests to celebrate at ease.Only one wedding per day is catered for at Darver Castle, this ensures total privacy. We are fully committed to making your wedding the most memorable day of your life.
We offer you a unique experience, to make our home exclusively yours. Sit back relax and unwind it is your special day.Your elegant arrival reception is hosted in the oldest part of the castle. Allowing your guests to explore the extensive range of unique rooms including kitchens, dining rooms and large minstrel’s gallery complete with a recently refurbished spacious arrival bar.
Your dining experience is catered in the Brabazon banquet hall. This hall is filled with character, high beamed ceilings and stone cut walls. We can cater from 70 to 280 guests...
for the banquet meal.

There are 41 guestrooms at Darver Castle these rooms are situated in the main castle, Oakwood cottages, Courtyard & Stable guest rooms.
