The best wedding decision you will make

As a Bride & Groom, there are many decisions to be made when organising your wedding but we can hands down say the best decision we made was having Emma as our Wedding Planner and day of coordinator. She exceeded our expectations throughout the whole process and was so professional. Emma came on board about 6 months prior to our wedding and from Day 1 she was fantastic and we immediately felt a weight lift off our shoulders. We had an initial meeting with Emma to take her through what we had organised up to that point and discussed our hopes for the day. It was clear Emma straightaway understood and grasped the vision we had for our wedding. She created our wedding website and our invites using a beautiful design that was in line with our rustic wedding theme. She brought so many unique ideas to the table to help enhance our day. She created and designed our Table Plan which was stunning, a donut wall, and loads of wedding signage all in line with our theme. Emma is so creative and this is something that I feel gives her an edge over other wedding planners who may not be as creative minded. Nothing was too much trouble and Emma was happy to offer a bespoke wedding planning service. Emma kept us on track with anything we needed to do in the lead up to the day. Her knowledge and expertise made us think of things we hadn’t considered. She corresponded with our vendors from early on introducing herself and working with them to ensure everything was in-order for the big day. She also took full responsibility for following up with and confirming our vendors about a month out from the wedding. In advance of the big day, she created a timeline that was provided to all of our vendors and ourselves, so everyone knew what time certain parts of the day were kicking off and when different vendors would be arriving etc. A number of my vendors commented on how useful this was and it helped them understand who needed to be where and when. On the wedding day itself I can honestly say that I was super relaxed and was able to thoroughly enjoy getting ready & getting caught up in the excitement of the day. I was able to be this way because I was absolutely confident that Emma had everything in hand at the venue and I didn’t have to give it a second thought. Everything set up perfectly and the day went so smoothly due to Emma’s coordination. All we had to worry about was having the time of our lives and we were able to do that stress free thanks to Emma and Wednesday Wedding Club. We cant recommend their services enough.
