The Wild Turkeys Ireland

The Wild Turkeys are a lively award winning Trad band based in Wexford available for weddings, festivals, corporate events and parties. We have been working together as a group for over ten years and we have enjoyed touring around Ireland, Europe and the USA. We are looking forward to making our debut performance in Serbia in March 2020 as part of an Irish festival. Members of the group have enjoyed working with musicians like U2, Sharon Shannon, Frankie Gavin, De Dannan, Michael O Suilleabhain and Michael Buble.

Primarily an instrumental group we are always happy to sing approx 12/15 songs throughout our set like whiskey in the jar, follow me up to Carlow and Marie’s wedding.
Although we do all things Trad we are also happy to perform classical pieces as two of the members of our group are also classical trained violinist so playing things like pachelbel canon and Gabriel’s oboe and some more modern arrangements like one day like this by elbow and Ed Sheeran (instrumental versions) comes with no added hassle. We pride ourselves on creating bespoke ceremony music for every individual bride.
